Outline of Usui Shiki Ryoho

The ability to work with Reiki energy cannot be learned by reading a manual. Reiki is a gift that is passed on to the student by the Reiki Master following the ancient oral traditions. The Reiki Masters at the CrossRoads Counselling Group teach Reiki in three stages according to the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage.


First Level Reiki (Shoden) Workshop

The objective of the First Level Workshop is to have you understand what Reiki is and the history of Reiki, get you using the Reiki energy, learn the hand positions, meditate on the principles and pillars of Reiki, and practice using Reiki on yourself and others. The weekend workshop includes:

Overview of the different levels of Reiki

Reiki Ethics

Reiju Attunements to First Degree Level
Gassho Meditation Technique
Byosen Scanning Technique
Hand positions for self healing

Kenyoku Sweeping or Dry bathing Technique

Second Level Reiki (Okuden) Workshop

The objective of the Second Level Workshop is to deepen your understanding and awareness of Reiki energy, expand your horizons and power by using the Reiki Symbols, learn the importance of client interaction and assessment and learn to do distance healing. Proof of Level One Certification is required. The weekend workshop includes:

Master (Third) Level Reiki (Shinpi den Workshop)

The objective of the Master Level Workshop is to learn the purpose of the Master Symbol and to learn and practice the Attunement process for each Reiki Level. Proof of Certification for Levels One & Two is required. The weekend workshop includes:

Discussing your Reiki Journey

Learning the Reiki Attunement process
Practising the Attunements for the different Levels
Koki-ho Healing Breath Technique

Schedule

The Level One Workshop Weekend Occurs the Second Weekend of March every year. Registration is 9:00am on the Saturday and concludes Sunday at 1:30pm. The investment for the workshop is a suggested donation of $150.00 which covers the cost all study material, manual and certificate.

The Level Two Workshop Weekend Occurs the Second Weekend of May every year. Registration is 9:00am on the Saturday and concludes Sunday at 1:30pm. The investment for the workshop is a suggested donation of $195.00 which covers the cost of all study material, manual and certificate.

The Master Level Workshop Weekend Occurs the Third Weekend of September every year. Registration is 9:00am on the Saturday and concludes Sunday at 4:30pm. The investment for the workshop is a suggested donation of $550.00 which covers the cost of all study material, manual and certificate.

The donation is payable by Cash, Cheque or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express - note there is a 5% processing added to all credit card payments).
